Feb 11 - When Is Leap Year?

Today is Don’t Cry Over Spilled Milk Day! AND Peppermint Patty Day! AND Make a Friend Day!

When is Leap Year?
There are only two rules governing the determination of leap years:
  1. A year which is evenly divisible by 4 is a leap year, except for years ending in 00.
  2. A year ending in 00 is a leap year if it's divisible by 400. Thus, 1900 was not a leap year, but 2000 will be. It's as simple as that.

Leapin’ Lizards – February is also National Bean (dried and fresh) Month!  Tomorrow is Plum Pudding Day!
